Rotarian of the Day
Jack Koehle

Jack Koehle
Our Rotarian of the Day today is Jack Koehle. Jack was a saint and took over at the last minute, but unfortunately I don’t have any biographical information for him. However, because he did take over at the last minute, I’ll be kind and won’t make anything up.

This Week’s Program

Sean Kouplen
Our speaker today is Sean Kouplen, president and CEO of Regent Bank. He received his BS and MBA degrees from Oklahoma State University, and his graduate banking degree from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.

On April 1, 2008, Sean fulfilled a lifelong dream by raising $15.5 million and leading an investor group that purchased 110-year old Regent Bank. Since that time, the bank has become one of Oklahoma’s fastest-growing banks, more than doubling in size while most local banks are shrinking.

Sean has an extensive resume of community leadership including President of the OSU National Alumni Association, Rotary Club of Bixby, Bixby Chamber of Commerce, and Daily Family YMCA Board of Directors. He serves on several local and statewide boards including Junior Achievement, Young President’s Organization and the Tulsa Chamber Small Business Council.

In 2007, Sean authored Out of the Blocks, a self-help book designed to help high school and college graduates effectively transition into the ‘real world’. The book is consistently ranked in the top 100 of Amazon.com’s sales list out of over 2 million books listed. The book has led to nationwide speaking engagements for him at universities and conferences in states from California to Delaware and Michigan to Florida.

Sean is going to tell us his remarkable story and share three keys for making an impact, even in today’s challenging environment.

Thanks, Sean, for being with us today! Tulsa Southside Rotary welcomes you!
