About half to become a Jewish State, while the other half for a Palestinian State except for the city of Jerusalem. It was to become an International City governed by the people of the world. Should this have occurred as envisioned,David Nammar, among many others, would have become Citizen a of the World. I always wondered where I'd be today should this have happened.
